Dr. Horrible:

"Crazy random happenstance."

"Right, freeze ray!"

"I own a PhD in horribleness."

"Oh goodness look at my wrist I gotta go."

Captain Hammer:

"Apparently, the only signature they needed was my fist...but with a pen..."

One line that I can't post because I'm not sure if I can post it but it's the funniest line of act 2. WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
